Mermaid Cove Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (Fourteen) days prior
to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $28 processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than Fourteen (14) days notice, a one night's stay
will be charged if we are unable to re-book the room.

In the more unlikely event you must cancel with less than 48 hrs. notice, please understand we must ask you
to take responsibility for your entire reservation if we are unable to re-book the room.

If you shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you
to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

Room rates are based on single/double occupancy. Please add $20 per additional person.
Rates are subject to 5% Maine Sales Tax and 2 % Maine Accommodations Tax, totaling 7%.
A credit card number is required to hold the room.

Payment is expected at time of registration.
All "no shows" will be charged for their full reservation;
We are a non-smoking inn.
Children 8 years old and older are welcome.
Sorry, but we have no facilities for pets.
Our normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Please call ahead for early/late arrivals.
Our check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
